Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or refund, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Because our products are personal care and supplement items, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and still sealed in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a courier collection or a drop-off point.

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
